Investment strategies

Renger Investment Management has extensive network into the Nordic real estate markets and has established cooperation with a number of different investor groups. RIM has developed a network of trusted investors that on a deal by deal basis are evaluating investments on a joint basis with RIM. The company is evaluating investments typically larger than 10 MEUR within various segments and sub markets in the Nordic region. The main investment strategies are presented below:

Value add investments

RIM is cooperating with a range of investor groups with different investment strategies and return requirements. To be able to evaluate investments within different asset classes and sub markets, RIM has established a network of partners and investors for the evaluation and the execution of the active asset strategies. Since 2014, RIM has actively been evaluating and transacting investments in the Nordics. Office, retail and residential have been the main asset classes. RIM has together with its partners and investors transacted ca 500 MEUR within the value add segment in Sweden and Finland.

Parking

RIM is actively searching and evaluating investments within the parking segment in the Nordic region together with one of its investor clients. Main metropolitan areas is of interest together with larger airports and regional hospitals. RIM has advised Primevest Capital Partners (former Bouwfonds) in an off market acquisition from OP in central Helsinki4

Long durations

RIM is cooperating with investors that have appetite to acquire real estate with long durations. Location, counterparty and alternative use is of great importance in the evaluation of potential investments. RIM has advised in transactions within this segment for about 150 MEUR since 2017.
